Contechs has strengthened its technical leadership with the appointment of Matteo Moscatelli as Interior & Exterior Director.
With over 15 years of experience, Matteo brings a wealth of expertise across a diverse range of interior and exterior commodities. His engineering background includes more than six years at McLaren Automotive, where he led the design and development of several supercar interior cockpits. Prior to joining Contechs, Matteo most recently served as Chief Engineer at Arrival, where he led a global team of over 40 professionals, steering the engineering process and achieving final sign-off through full pre-series validation of a commercial EV solution.
Matteo’s proven ability to manage both low-volume supercar projects and large-scale commercial vehicle development, combined with his expertise in strategic leadership, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team growth, makes him a strong fit for Contechs. A fluent multilingual professional, he has worked across the UK, Germany, and Italy, supporting Contechs in its European and global expansion and strengthening relationships with OEMs worldwide.
