Contechs has formally signed the Armed Forces Covenant, reaffirming its commitment to supporting those who serve or who have served in the UK Armed Forces, and their families.
The Armed Forces Covenant is a UK-wide promise ensuring that serving personnel, veterans and military families are treated fairly and are not disadvantaged in their day-to-day lives. By signing the Covenant, Contechs recognises the value that members of the Armed Forces community bring to business, industry and society.
Through its commitment to the Covenant, Contechs will:
Promote the Armed Forces Covenant internally and across its network
Support the employment of veterans and recognise military skills and qualifications
Encourage flexibility for reservists to fulfil training and mobilisation commitments
Foster an inclusive working environment for military families
