Zoe’s Place Coventry Business Group has achieved a £500,000 fundraising milestone as part of continued efforts to support Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice.
The Coventry, Liverpool and Middlesbrough based charity provides palliative and end-of-life care for babies and infants up to five years old. Peter Jarvis, Contechs Group CEO, is Chair of the Coventry Business Group and National Patron to Zoe’s Place Trust.
Contechs has organised and contributed towards a number of fundraising events for the charity in recent years. This includes the annual Zoe’s Place Gala Ball, which this month raised over £60,000 to propel the Coventry Business Group past the £500,000 milestone.
Speaking about this collective achievement, Peter said: “The determination of the Coventry Business Group to play its part for Zoe’s Place has allowed us to hit a milestone we are all so proud to have achieved. The money raised is invaluable to the children, their families, and to the Zoe’s Place team.”
