Tevva, a pioneer of electric medium- and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, has announced a merger agreement with electric vehicle designer and assembler ElectraMeccanica.
The partnership will enable Tevva to scale its production efforts by utilising ElectraMeccanica’s recently-commissioned 235,000-square-foot facility in Mesa, Arizona. This is in addition to Tevva’s existing 110,000-square-foot EV manufacturing facility in Tilbury, UK, where it currently produces an innovative 7.5t battery-electric truck for fleet customers who require sustainable urban delivery.
