Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to drive efficiency, innovation, and quality in our production processes. In this role, you'll design, develop, and optimize manufacturing systems to ensure cost-effective, high-quality mass production. You'll work cross-functionally with operators, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver practical solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

What you'll do:

• Design equipment layouts and production sequences for maximum efficiency.
• Adapt machinery and processes to evolving factory conditions.
• Run tests across production stages to control variables and solve issues.
• Provide technical input to product design teams for manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex production challenges.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in high-volume production.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with operators
