I am currently recruiting on behalf of an automotive OEM, based in Frankfurt, who are seeking a MNO Business Specialist to join their team

Job Description

As MNO Business Specialist, your main responsibilities include:

• Customer Demand Management
• Resource Procurement and Supplier Management
• Business Pricing and Solution Development
• Billing, Reconciliation, and Financial Operations
• Data Analysis and Reporting

Qualifications/Skills needed

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience, in telecommunications, MNO operations, and/or financial/billing
• Familiarity with MNO traffic products, procurement workflows, pricing models, and billing operations
• Strong numerical, analytical, and financial acumen, proficiency in Excel and office software, for data processing
• Knowledge of procurement processes, cost management, pricing strategies, and customer billing cycles
• Ability to review and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
• Experience in preparing invoices, reconciliation, and supporting audit processes
