About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a luxury high end low volume client based in Surrey

They are looking for a Fleet Paint Preparation Technician Consultant to join their team working 5 days onsite

Job Description

  • Requirement to support our press fleet team in maintaining the highest standards across our fleet vehicles.
  • Responsibilities will include all preparation work required ahead of paint application, ranging from detailed cleaning and surface correction to full vehicle preparation for rebuild resprays.
  • You will be based on client site, with access to a dedicated preparation area and tools.
  • Carry out all preparation tasks independently, using your training, qualifications, and proven trade experience.
  • Support the quoting and estimating process with accurate preparation related job hour reporting.
  • Maintain and service all preparation tools and equipment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Follow safe working practices at all times, including correct use of PPE.
  • Uphold client values through high standards of housekeeping, professionalism, and personal presentation
