Position Title: Facilities Support Coordinator
Duration: Contract
Location: Irvine, CA. USA
Job Description:
- Detail-oriented and proactive Entry-Level contractor to support operational and logistical activities during the Clients' facility transition from Chino to Irvine.
- This role is critical in ensuring smooth asset disposition, shipping and receiving processes, and general facilities support.
- The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Fixed Asset Disposition:
- Assist in the execution of fixed asset disposition related to the relocation from Chino to Irvine.
- Coordinate and document the transfer, disposal, and relocation of company assets.
- Maintain accurate records of asset movements and ensure compliance with company policies.
Shipping & Receiving Support (V-PQIC):
- Support shipping and receiving activities for automotive parts.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in inventory tracking and reconciliation.
Facilities & Support Team Assistance:
- Provide general support to the Facilities and Support teams as needed.
- Assist with setup, organization, and maintenance of workspaces during the transition.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests related to facility operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move packages and equipment as needed.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
