Position Title: Vehicle Technician

Duration: Contract

Location: Solihull

Essential Criteria:

• Experience as a motorcycle or motorcycle engine technician
• Self-motivated, excellent team working and hands on skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to learn new skills (including communicating with vehicle modules/components)

Nice to Have Criteria:

• Prototype build/strip
• Motorcycle build and test
• Test cell operation
• Good administrative skills

• To be able to organise a group effort and lead others as required.
• To be responsible for the specific allocated area of a manufacture / strip / build / test Project or Programme.
• To carry out tasks as efficiently / effectively as possible in conjunction with other Staff / Areas.
• To be able to write a Report or present Results to satisfy Project requirements.
• To be able to conduct oneself in a reasonable and responsible manner towards other staff and the customer.
• Shift work to support business needs and/or working off site.
• To be aware and observant of Health & Safety policy of the company.
