Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client a British multinational automobile manufacturer which produces luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles. They are looking for a Vehicle Integration System Technical Support Engineer to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Dunton.

Job Description

As a Vehicle Integration System Technical Support Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• Support the Special Vehicles teams as well as convertors by developing our support documentation and support processes for Vehicle Integration System.
• This would also involve working with our engineering team and Vehicle Conversion Advisory Service to directly support convertors with technical questions.
• Tasks - Investigate and confirm how the Vehicle Integration System Logic Tool currently works with respect to Logic Blocks and Vehicle features
• Produce customer facing help documentation detailing how the logic tool works at a fundamental level, including technical documents and videos (not expected to be on camera or record vocals)

Qualifications / Skills needed

• 3 years' experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of electrical integration of vehicle conversions
• Video screen capture and editing
