I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Technical Group Leadrer to join their team on a Contract basis.

Job Description

As a Technical Group Leader your main responsibilities are:

  • Technical Group Leader responsible for geometric, attribute and system integration for a engineering zone on the architecture.
  • You will lead cross functional engineering teams to drive functional and attribute targets and act as the voice of the customer.
  • Drive and deliver vehicle-level end-to-end technical delivery plans for key systems, identifying inter-dependencies and maturation versus customer requirements, throughout virtual and physical test phases.

Qualifications / Skills needed

  • Excellent technical communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Project Management experience in a technical area.
  • Engineering delivery background with experience making data driven decisions
  • Jira experience desirable, Agile experience / training
