Our high profile client in the Food industry is currently looking to recruit a R&D Process Developer to work at their busy site in Sheffield.

Job Description

As R&D Process Developer your main responsibilities are:

• You will work as part of a cross-functional team to lead and deliver the activities required to complete Process Design and Process Deployment for Innovation, Growth and Productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience
• With the support of a manager and technical coaches, you will support production data collection and you would help to analyse those.
• You would play a key role in jellies production mapping and you would help to build the benchmark for the key ongoing initiatives.
• You would be helping to create a linkage between R&D team and plant and improving information exchange between those two partners.
• You would not be left alone - you would become R&D team member, working closely with senior R&D colleagues being the leaders of biggest jellies projects impacting Sheffield Plant

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Relevant R&D experience, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods environment
• Working in teams and independently with appropriate guidance
• Prioritizing and managing activities
• Identifying problems proactively and creating and implementing solutions
• Applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyse data and to reach clear conclusions
• Communicating technical information effectively verbally and in writing
• Constantly championing for the consumer
• Technical curiosity, continuous learner and a drive to ensure technical rigor
• MS Excel - Advanced
