I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Solihull and Wolverhampton, who are seeking a Systems Trainer to join their team

Job Description

As Systems Trainer, your main responsibilities are:

• Deliver role-based user training
• Support our onsite training team
• Evaluating the users' level of knowledge
• Conducting training impact assessments
• Creating stakeholder training and engagement plans

Qualifications / Skills required

• 3+ years as a Trainer
• Available to work on-site 5 days per week
• Good at planning and coordinating multiple activities
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems and processes
• Previously used SAP EN or Articulate
