I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Whitley, who are seeking an EV Packaging & Compliance Lead to join their team

Job Description

As EV Packaging & Compliance Lead, your main responsibilities are:

• Ensuring the Quality and Compliance readiness of the Global Supply Chain Operations, for the transition to electrification at volume
• Defining requirements and performing gap analysis, reviewing, and communicating standards
• Guiding and assessing the Global Operational teams
• Own the process and governance, of the definition and implementation, of logistics quality and compliance work streams
• Liaising with regional analysts, to implement across global footprint

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Experience of battery/lithium-ion technology and regulations, or international logistics regulations and compliance
• Automotive or similar industry
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to distil complex regulatory requirements into concise process communications
