£32 per hour (Inside IR35)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Coventry, who are seeking a Domain Scrum Master to join their team

Job Description

As Domain Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:

• Enable the roll out & formation of a scaled agile framework
• Enable seamless integration with the Agile transformation
• Work closely with Squad & Group Scrum Masters, ensuring they follow agreed Agile processes
• Swiftly remove obstacles & distractions, that may impede the team from meeting their goals

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Excellent communication & collaboration skills
• Prior experience in a senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach role
• Automotive Engineering
• Experience in enterprise level stakeholder management
• Qualified Experience of Agile at Scale (e.g. Leading SAFe)
• Expert knowledge of Agile principles and their practical application
