• Direct Operations (e.g., Raw Materials and Services for Manufacturing, Production or Construction; Products for Retail, etc.)

Procurement Processes Include:

• Product/Service Sourcing
• Supplier Selection
• Pricing/Terms Negotiation
• Order Processing
• Contract Administration
• Supplier Performance Management
• May include Strategic Sourcing Level: A Specialist Professional is a recognised subject matter expert in job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

Responsibilities Typically Include:

• Managing large projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
• Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
• Problems faced are difficult and often complex.
• Administer the transactions associated with obtaining goods and services and do not negotiate pricing or terms.
