We are now looking for an experienced Navigation specialist to join the Infotainment department as a Delivery Manager/PO.
In this role, you will act as the key interface between external Navigation suppliers and OEM stakeholders, securing timely and high-quality deliveries in alignment with program milestones and vehicle release plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary interface between the Navigation supplier and OEM stakeholders
- Secure delivery according to agreed scope, quality targets, and program milestones
- Drive and follow up supplier activities related to requirements, implementation, integration, and issue resolution
- Ensure alignment between supplier deliveries and system, software, and vehicle release plans
- Lead governance meetings and track progress, risks, and mitigation actions
- Drive defect management and secure timely resolution across organizations
- Report delivery status, risks, and deviations to program and line management
Qualifications and skills required for the role
- Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical background
- Minimum 6 years of experience within automotive Infotainment preferably navigation domain
- Proven experience in a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
- Strong experience working with external suppliers and managing deliveries towards OEM programs
- Good understanding of system integration at vehicle level within Infotainment
- Experience in requirement breakdown, scope management, and release planning
- Structured and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capability
- Ability to drive issue resolution across multiple organizations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Personal attributes
- Fluent in Mandarin is a definitive requirement for this role.
- Self-driven and structured, with the ability to take ownership of verification tasks
- Comfortable working in a dynamic development environment, making priorities and decisions when needed
- Proactive in identifying risks, gaps, and improvement areas
- Transparent and clear in reporting status, progress, and issues
- Strong collaboration mindset with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Confident in taking a coordinating and leading role in daily test activities
