Position Title: Business Administrator

Duration: 6 Month Rolling Contract

Location: Gaydon

Division: Manufacturing Engineering

Our client is looking for a Business Administrator to handle the day-to-day tasks to support the smooth running of the Dimensional Systems Department/Function.

Position Description:

  • Responsibilities will include: Recording of Meeting Minutes
  • Creation of Team Meeting cascades
  • Forecasting and monitoring functional expenditure
  • Liaising with Procurement and Finance for new CAPEX and OPEX orders
  • Maintaining organised files and records
  • Organising meetings and department reviews
  • Preparing documents
  • General administration and support of Management team
  • Generating weekly reports / metrics
  • Updating Business scorecard
  • Travel and expenses co-ordination/administration

Skills Required:

  • Proven verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer Literacy - Specifically Microsoft Office packages
  • Capability with PowerPoint would be highly beneficial to pull together reports.
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable and good organisational skills

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years' experience as Business Administrator
  • Self-driven and able to work as an individual
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to work and communicate with key stakeholders

Education Required:

  • Degree / Higher National Certificate / Diploma (not essential with relevant experience)
  • Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential

Additional Information:

  • This role will follow a hybrid working model
  • There will be a requirement to be on-site on a regular basis - with different locations across the West Midlands (Gaydon, Castle Bromwich, Solihull etc.)
