Position Title: Brand Designer

Description of the Assignment:

• You will join the Brand Experience Design team - a cross-functional group where curiosity, drive, and an interdisciplinary mindset are deeply valued.
• They collaborate closely with all design departments to shape the mobility experiences of tomorrow.
• As an Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the creative development and execution of product launches.
• From early concept to final delivery, you will help craft bold, emotionally engaging visual narratives that elevate the Clients' brand and bring our products to life across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead graphic design task for product launches and brand experiences - from early concept to final delivery
• Collaborate closely with interior, exterior, CMF, UX/UI, and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Translate complex ideas and product features into simple, emotional, and premium visual narratives
• Contribute to the evolution of the Clients' visual language across physical and digital platforms

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design following projects from idea to production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a premium visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.
• Proficient skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Solid understanding of turning initial concepts and designs into reality through a variety of production methods and material limitations.
• A strong understanding of branding and developing a consistent and cohesive expression.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional creative teams
• Ability to clearly present ideas and lead visual concepts from ideation to execution
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Preferred/Bonus:

• Automotive industry experience or deep understanding of mobility and future tech
• Motion design and video editing capabilities
• Visualization and modelling software such as Blender, Unreal Engine, VRED, or similar
• Experience directing external vendors, studios, or freelancers
• Familiarity with photography, film production, and set direction
• Passion for design, innovation, and shaping the future of mobility

Additional Information:

• Travels to China may be needed (approx. 1-2 trips per year).
• Everyone in our team has a high level of responsibility and mandate and is expected to be able to work autonomously
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Driver's license
