Position Title: Technical Engineering Assistant

Duration: Contract

Location: Woking, Surrey (1 day per week from home)

Reporting to:

  • Vehicle Design Engineering Director (VDE)

Essential Criteria:

  • The Client is looking for a Technical Engineering Assistant to work within engineering department and assist with the report out / launch of their new sport & super car models.
  • The Technical Engineering Assistant will be supporting a Director within the organisation, our Client is looking for a driven individual who is looking to gain experience and grow within the organisation, who has a technical interest within an automotive company sports / supercar OEM.

Role Description:

  • Technical assistance to the VDE Director to get ready technical documentation/presentations/
  • Delivery of accurate and detailed reports to Directors and Managers
  • Complete power point presentations for the Engineering Director to use
  • Prepare Excel files, with Data analysis, graphs, pivot table, etc..
  • Support VDE Director in preparation of all documents necessary for Team Performance Evaluation
  • Monitor and report gateway inputs
  • Support VDE Director and senior manager meetings
  • Progress the engineering team for deliverables
  • Record and maintain all minutes of meetings for action plan delivery
  • VDE Team KPI reporting
  • Ad-hoc reports / analysis / projects as required
  • VDE HC monitoring on a weekly base, orga charts update, banding and salary tracking
  • VDE HC Budget monitoring
  • Preparation of yearly Quarterly reviews
