I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Solihull and Wolverhampton, who are seeking a Systems Trainer to join their team

Job Description

As Systems Trainer, your main responsibilities are:

• Monitor and manage the impact of change
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Design
• Create and Deliver role-based user training
• Developing training content, including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
• Identify and onboard Early Adopters and Super Users

Qualifications / Skills required

• 5+ years' experience in Training role
• Experience creating bespoke training material, using a variety of methods
• Available to work on-site 5 days per week
