Position Title: Software Engineer

Duration: 12 Month Rolling Contract

Position Description:

• Software Engineer
• Maintain and develop real-time embedded software for vehicle propulsion systems using Agile processes and tools

Skills Required:

• Software engineering skills covering the V cycle, and C or derived C Programming language knowledge

Skills Preferred:

• Safe Agile, Software Quality, Software Process, Jira, MatLab Simulink

Experience Required:

• Software development in a real-time embedded context

Experience Preferred:

• Requirement writing, test case design, Agile ceremonies, Windows, Linux, MS.

Education Required:

• Degree or significant software experience

Education Preferred:

• Degree in software related discipline

Additional Information:

• Ability to respond positively on time limited issues and to prioritise several tasks.
• Hybrid working, 1-2 days on site per week as agreed with Supervisor.
