Position Title: Senior Technician

Duration: 4 Month Rolling Contract

Location: Whitley

Division: Engineering Operations

Position Description:

• Senior Technician
• Shift work pattern 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00
• Ability to follow written and spoken instruction and interface well with customers
• Ability to work quickly and pay attention to detail

Skills Required:

• Working level knowledge of INCA data tools
• ETAS hardware configuration
• Microsoft Office
• Understands result data analysis reporting
• Good knowledge of data acquisition methods test bed and ancillary equipment

Experience Required:

• Excellent knowledge of motor vehicle technology with an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle development, especially new engine types and electronics
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office competency preferably with a European Computer
• Driving Licence

Experience Preferred:

• Knowledge - of VECTOR hardware Software: CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape software restbus simulation - configuration
