Job Description
As Customer Success Manager, your main responsibilities are:
- Ensuring the customer is happy with the outcome of digital products
- Gathering relevant feedback and creating remediation plans, where necessary
- Tracking benefits on different tools, once live
Qualifications / Skills required
- Extensive customer experience/change management
- Experience in Business Adoption and rolling out change
- Able to show value of scope and delivery
- Working with stakeholders
- Project Management skills
