I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Coventry, who are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team

Job Description

As Customer Success Manager, your main responsibilities are:

• Ensuring the customer is happy with the outcome of digital products
• Gathering relevant feedback and creating remediation plans, where necessary
• Tracking benefits on different tools, once live

Qualifications / Skills required

• Extensive customer experience/change management
• Experience in Business Adoption and rolling out change
• Able to show value of scope and delivery
• Working with stakeholders
• Project Management skills
