About The Company

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Motorcycle company based in Solihull who are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join their team

As Senior Creative Designer Your Main Responsibilities Are

Assignment Description:

• Create and deliver design proposals according to design brief and project constraints in assigned tasks.
• Create concept sketches and finished renderings for motorcycle concepts and details.
• Deliver and prepare presentation material for design reviews.
• Participate in design reviews.
• Develop initial design concept models in Blender or equivalent polygon software. (Blender preferred)
• Work with the design team to junior guide designers and computer modelers to develop final concepts.
• Develop concept design proposals to production requirements.

Requirements:

• University degree in transportation design.
• 10 years +experience, preferably at major automotive OEMs.
• Portfolio of work demonstrating creative and technical skills across multiple projects.
• Motorcycle design experience preferred.
• Blender concept modelling skills essential
• Outstanding sketching and 2D communication skills.
• Professional competencies in English, spoken and written.
• Chinese, spoken and written is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CAD 3D design process and software such as Alias, VRED, Blender, Photoshop or equivalent image processing software.
• Experience of delivering design work from concept to production.
