I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Solihull who are seeking a HR Advisor to join their team

Job Description

As HR Advisor your main responsibilities are:

  • Our Clients' team are responsible for delivering high quality HR services across the Company sites.
  • They offer professional advice, support and coaching on complex HR cases across attendance, discipline, grievance, performance and litigation matters.
  • Due to the ongoing career success for members of the team, our Client is running an ongoing recruitment campaign for HR Case Managers to join the team.
  • In this role, you will be part of a team based either at one of the Clients' Manufacturing sites or supporting the Clients' corporate functions and will provide HR casework support to the managers to assist them with employee relations issues.
  • You will guide and support managers and employees through a number of processes including attendance management, grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, restricted workers and employment law.
  • You will manage your own casework, support with ACAS matters and also attend tribunals where required

Qualifications / Skills needed

  • Degree educated or CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Experience or working in an HR Advisory or employment law advisor role
  • Effective organisation and coaching skills, with the ability to engage and support managers
  • Capable of working to process deadlines and able to prioritise workload
  • Previous experience of data analysis and report writing would be beneficial, as well as the ability to deliver results consistently in a fast-paced HR Contact Centre. (preferred)
  • Experience of using ticketing systems and Share point (preferred)
