About the company
Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client who are known for manufacturing luxury hand-crafted motorcycles. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Solihull.
Job Description
As a Receptionist, your main responsibilities are:
- Greeting visitors: Welcoming customers and solving their problems
- Answering phones: Answering phone calls promptly and courteously, taking messages, and passing them on to the right staff
- Handling inquiries: Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, and general correspondence
- Scheduling appointments: Maintaining an appointment book and scheduling meeting rooms
- Providing information: Providing general assistance and information to callers5
Qualifications / Skills needed
- Receptionists should have excellent verbal communication skills, be able to work well with others, and be patient and calm in stressful situations.
- They should also be organized, have social skills
