Position Title: Process Engineer

Duration: 12 months contract

Location: Hybrid, mostly onsite - Grójec, Poland

Essential Criteria:

• Supervision on Prototype Projects from the RFQ phase till shipment, including:
• Analysis,
• Preparation of production steps list, CP, CMM Programs, tools list,
• Daily supervision of production
• Reports preparation
• Team support project roles and responsibilities
• Feasibility analysis of new products based on available documentation in the field of laser cutting and welding
• Improving the laser cutting and welding process
• Controlling and managing the implementation of assigned projects
• Supervision of the production process and technical support during the implementation of the laser cutting and welding project
• Cooperation with the business department - preparing a list of production operations and tools for laser cutting and welding operations
• Cooperation with the construction department - preparing tools for laser cutting and welding operations Preparing and improving programs for laser cutting and welding Supervising production documentation, prototype inspection records, creating derogations for non-conformities or deviations
• Participation in solving technical and quality problems - QRCI, 8D Reports

Goals and deliverables

• To keep business continuity and avoid delays, claims, lack of possibility to deliver proper quality or quantity of requested products.
• To develop the department, increase productivity, reduce scrap costs and set up costs
