Position Title: IT Digital Delivery Specialist
Duration: 12 Month Rolling Contract

Position Description:
- This role supports the delivery of a specific programme on ensuring that the Frontline worker services are delivered and meet business expectations
- You will have a customer first approach and both champion and enable user empowerment, adoption and education
- Previous Change Management experience is advantageous
- An eye for continuous service improvement monitor, evaluate customer interactions reviewing service satisfaction and incorporate suggestions to further enhance the journey for our customers
- An individual with a customer first mind-set who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable

Skills Required:
- Previous experience in delivering M365 services End User IT Solutions at a similar level Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Teams and SharePoint ITIL Service Management or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication to develop user guides, testing scripts and content to support education of frontline workers
Skills Preferred:
- Previous experience in delivering M365 frontline worker rollout IT Project Management experience Change Management experience Product Lifecycle Management Active Directory, Azure, PowerApps, M365 Admin, Intune
- Strong interpersonal skills
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in delivering M365 services End User IT Solutions at a similar level Microsoft 365, Windows 10, Teams and SharePoint IT Asset Management experience ITIL Service Management or equivalent experience
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Degree or relevant equivalent experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
