Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client who's mission is to drive technological advancements within the mobility sector. They are seeking an experienced Senior Project engineer who has a strong back of Electrical modules on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Leamington

Job Description

As Interior Systems CAD Design Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• 5+ years of Automotive Design experience in Interior systems within Cockpit, Cabin, Seating, Door Trim, Restraints or HVAC
• Plastic injection moulded parts and wrapped parts experience.
• Knowledge of interior methodologies and general requirements (Industry best practice and legislation)
• Experience in working to requirements and design rules and iterating following CAE / virtual test analysis and feedback.
• Releasing experience.
• Forward thinker and advocate of innovation and new technologies.
• Self-motivated to deliver excellence and excellent communicator.
• Experience liaising with suppliers and incorporating DFM and Mouldflow feedback
