Position Title: Interior Project Management

Duration: Contract

Location: Crewe, Cheshire

Essential Criteria:

• Interior model project management service
• Applying extensive knowledge of clay and hard model build
• Defining, organising and leading delivery of interior modelling project content.
• Managing external & internal Client suppliers.
• Arrange budgets, source quotes and initiate purchasing of models and parts.
• Working within agreed project budgets.
• Tracking and giving budget status updates.
• Detailed project planning and communication of project status updates.
• Ordering and coordination of parts, materials and services.
• Coordination of project data created by the Client.
• Set up of project models for review at the Clients' board and Group board level.
• Work to be carried out where must appropriate taking into consideration security procedures.
• Supporting the Client H&S activity and procedures e.g. generating risk assessments.
• Working with Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook.
