Job Title: Interior Lead Engineer

Job Description

As Interior Lead Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• Min 5 years' experience in a Lead Engineering / Project Engineering role in at least 2 interior commodities (i.e. cockpit, doors, overhead, pillars, floor trim, seating)
• Min 2 years' experience in supercar or hypercar engineering
• CATIA V5.
• Experience of composites design.
• Liaising with all supporting departments (design studio, attributes, purchasing, senior management, finance)
• Experience managing suppliers / design partners
• Experience in leading teams, keeping and maintaining meeting minutes, driving and making decisions

Nice to Have :

• Previous experience of working in Denmark or other Scandinavian countries
• Start-up experience
• Experience in an interior concept / architectural role
• Experience in vehicle engineering and/or vehicle packaging
• Experience with trimmed/wrapped parts
• Homologation experience. Small - medium series
