I am currently recruiting on behalf of a global automotive supplier based in Mlada Boleslav, Czech Republic who are seeking a Injection Tool & Equipment Engineer to join their team

Job Description

As Injection Tool & Equipment Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• Responsible for tooling development according to specifications in order to meet the requirements of quality, cost, and delivery time.
• Provide support on new product tooling launch and process at each milestone through production, providing the manufacturing and engineering inputs for the development of new processes, parts, and tooling.
• Maintain quality standards on all products to ensure manufacturing in line with quality standards, along with required process documentation.
• Lead the tooling design and approval process according to standards and procedure.
• Project management experience in regards to Injection Tools & suppliers.
• Parameter setting, plastic part design and injection manufacturing process.
• Periodic travel to tooling suppliers & manufacturing plants across Europe when needed ( Romania, Slovakia, Poland, Portugal & Spain)

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Must have Injection Tooling knowledge & Experience
• Tier 1 or 2 Automotive interiors experience
• Experience with VW/BMW/Skoda
• English language is mandatory - Czech language would be beneficial
