I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Gaydon who are seeking a Human Factors Subject Matter Expert to join their team on a Contract basis.

Job Description

As Human Factors Subject Matter Expert your main responsibilities are:

• Our Clients' customers are seeking a modern luxury experience from their vehicles.
• They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Human Factors Ergonomics team to deliver their customer requirements for the Clients' future vehicles by working collaboratively with all key stakeholders across the organisation: including Engineering, Design, Programme, Commercial and many more.
• What to expect - Lead Human Factors input into the development of their future vehicles
• Lead collaboration with colleagues to resolve Ergonomic related issues
• Collaborate with Ergonomics colleagues to continually develop their Human Factors requirements in order to deliver the best customer experience.

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Proactive issue resolution with key stakeholders & clear communication of Ergonomic requirements and assessments.
• Ability to analyse quality data and customer feedback to support programme discussions & Ergonomics requirement development
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology implementation and using JIRA.
• Experience in Catia V6/3D
• Experience using RAMSIS 3dX / Human Modelling Software desired but not essential.
