Position Title: HR Consultant
Duration: Contract - Rolling
Location: Remote Working
Contechs are working with an high profile customer in the design, develpment and production of electrical vehicles.
We have an exciting opportunity to join as a HR Consultant.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Set up a HR Delivery Team focusing on the delivery of end to end HR activities associated with the employment cycle, ensuring that processes are delivered to optimum efficiency
- Set up and management of a transactional support team with external market suppliers
- Define and put into place service level agreements
- Develop and deploy service and delivery policies i.e. Employee Data Protection
- Manage performance delivery including the balancing of supply and demand
- Identify opportunities to optimise HR support and delivery, while increasing the productivity and strategic value of the HR team
- Provide overall operational management and support to ensure all transactional and administrative processes are executed accurately as per the service level agreements
- Act as the conduit between the HR team and external market providers
- Act as the point of contact for any escalations related to service quality, delivery or performance
