Job Description

As Facility Technician your main responsibilities are:

• Service, maintenance, calibration of equipment in accordance with given procedures
• Work with & update service and maintenance schedules
• Monitor and maintain the facilities to ensure the optimal operating state and utilising the building management systems
• Manage equipment and consumables needed in the relevant area of responsibility using purchasing systems
• DIY (Plumbing, Painting, Decorating, Joinery) for all communal spaces

Qualifications / Skills required

• Previous experience within a maintenance role
• Awareness/previous experience in execution of Facility related projects
• Independent, target-oriented way of working and a high level of initiative
• Qualifications relating to electrical installations (C&G Level 2)
