I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM based in Warwickshire who are seeking a Embroidery Specialist to join their team

As Embroidery Specialist your main responsibilities are:

• To develop artwork with a team of designers to create robust embroidery designs with physical, prove-out samples for low volume and bespoke production.
• To digitise embroidery
• To take art work and make it into a stitch path
• To create development loops

Qualifications / Skills required

• Experience of all aspects of machine and hand sewing, preferably durkopp experience
• Embroidery digitising Experience of DG16 Tagima or similar software
• Previous experience of working with leather and automotive textiles.
• Knowledge and familiarity of interior soft trimmed automotive parts and their assembly
• Ability to be able to read and follow rendered designs, CAD drawings and colour call outs.
• Experience of threads, textiles, leather variants and materials suited to the automotive industry.
