Position Title: Digital Learning Deployment Consultant

Duration: 14 Month Rolling Contract

Location: Whitley

The Opportunity

  • Supporting the learning delivery to a diverse and global audience.
  • This role is primarily responsible for supporting the launch and day-to-day management of digital learning solutions within SAP SucessFactors LMS.
  • The specialist should have experience of administering and coordinating learning, and building and deploying content assets within a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • The LMS at the Client is SAP SuccessFactors.
  • The role will work be required to see digital assets through testing through to launch then support post launch and manage any learner queries which may arise and be raised within our internal HR Ticketing System.
  • The role will work with Microsoft packages, in particular Excel, Word, Teams and Forms.
  • The focus of this role is to ensure that concepts can be deployed within agreed Client systems and support the launch.
  • The candidate will need to be disciplined, prioritising workload and have the ability to work on a number of different work streams at the same time.
  • The individual will be required to develop and build relationships quickly across the business with Academy colleagues, business SME's and Business Partners / Capability Leads.
  • The Digital Deployment Specialist is based at Whitley but operates under Hybrid working so mainly will be working remotely from home with regular days in the office (1 or more days per week, to be agreed).

  • Standard SLA's for customer query resolution and satisfaction

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Building digital assets into Successfactors / SAP JAM
  • Supporting the launch of assets to run on multiple devices including:
  • Supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, games etc.)
  • Instructional graphics / animations
  • Assessment tools, such as tests or quizzes, to measure knowledge absorption - this role will learn how to create quizzes in SuccessFactors LMS
  • Working closely with Digital Design Specialists to support and sign off storyboard content ensuring that all content is fit for purpose
  • Testing of developed digital solutions and provision of hyper care once launched
  • Supporting pilot launches and some classroom event coordination for key projects
  • Answering internal customer queries on learning within C4S ticketing system for HR to agreed SLA's
  • Maintaining and updating team project documentation
  • Ensuring all source files of learning content are uploaded to SharePoint site
  • Creation of Microsoft Forms to gather data i.e. for adding new learning items to SF LMS
  • Data evaluation and review using excel
  • Any other tasks as directed by line manager (Senior LMS Consultant)
