12-month initial contract

Hybrid working - Gaydon (2-3 days per week onsite)

£44 per hour (Inside IR35)

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Design Programme Lead to join their team

Job Description

As Design Programme Lead, your main responsibilities are:

  • Cross-functional collaboration, across multiple brands
  • Lead the delivery of programmes
  • Ensure all activities are in line with business priorities, and delivered on-time
  • Ensure activities are based on Agile Ways of Working, constantly striving to improve the performance of the team

Qualifications / Skills required

  • Microsoft Office applications experience; notably Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams
  • Experienced at planning, monitoring and delivering programmes and projects
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Product development awareness
  • Risk, issues and impediments management
  • Change management, et al.
