Position: Customer Co-Creation Specialist

The opportunity
You will join the Clients' team to develop process and ways of working for co-creation activities with end customers within the organization in the EU. You'll also manage communication channels to promote clients brand and enable input to co-creation. This work includes ensuring that legal requirements regarding GDPR, warranty and publication are met.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Customer relation expertise
• B.Sc. in engineering
• Complete vehicle product knowledge
• Communication skill for quality reporting
• Business acumen for prioritization of issues.
• Good awareness of practical implications of GDPR legislation
• Knowledge of automotive aftersales processes

Who you are

• Cultural awareness, especially within Asian-European collaboration contexts
• Pedagogical skills to help customers and community in technical subjects
• Self driven to achieve results.
• Driver's license needed
• Technical skills in Microsoft office applications, Teamcenter (viewer), Jira
• Travel required
