Contechs are recruiting on behalf of their client a British multinational automobile manufacturer which produces luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles. They are looking for Commercial Vehicle Lead to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Dunton - Basildon

Job Description

As Commercial Vehicle Lead your main responsibilities are:

• Commercial Vehicle Lead for WLTP emissions and Homologation issues: Data Requirement Clarification, market liaison
• Quality check, data verification
• Brand team lead for COFEC and eCO2 requirements feed into IT; weight data requirements (eCO2 = min/max ranges per entity CO2)
• Commercial Vehicle Lead on OSIRIS and FVA Osiris forum (emissions/homologation/IT data issues resolution)
• Commercial Vehicle Lead eCommerce & Marketplace support: Data Requirement Clarification, market liaison o quality check, data verification
• Ad hoc European regulations Commercial Vehicle Lead interface: Tyre labelling, Seat belt minder, taxonomy etc
• Data Requirement Clarification, market liaison
• Ad hoc Marketing support for vehicle specifications

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret complex datasets
• Excellent PC skills
• Excel and PowerPoint important
• Resilience and strong desire to deliver results
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong automotive background
