Contechs is recruiting on behalf of its client whose mission is to create a sustainable National Automotive within the Electrical Automotive sector. They are seeking an experienced BIW Dimensional Integration Manager who has a strong back of Dimensional Integration on a 3 year permanent basis. The role will be based in Saudi Arabia

Job Description

As BIW Dimensional Integration Manager your main responsibilities are:

• Dimension integration for BIW by slow build process, PCF activity and BIW PIST delivery.
• Participate DTS definition and confirm manufacturing feasibility
• Evaluate part tolerance and locator strategy
• Review measurement plan strategy
• Evaluate jigs and fixtures solution in stamping and body shop.
• Dimension control plan
• Conduct dimension requirement with all related functions(Stamping, Body, Quality)

Qualifications / Skills required

• Minimum: BSc in Manufacturing Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Experience in automotive manufacturing environments
• High level of competence with MS office, AuoCAD and CATIA
• Proficiency in dimension chain analysis( 1D/3D) in different system
• Familiarity with GD&T and ASME Y14.5.
• Familiar with stamping and body process
