About the company

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a client who are Powering the future of electric mobility based in Gothenburg, Sweden. They are looking for a Attribute leader Durability to join their team on a long term rolling contract

Description of the assignment

  • As Attribute Leader you and your colleagues (other Attribute Leaders, CAE-, test- and design engineers) are overall responsible for achieving a correctly balanced vehicle performance, ensuring that the final product corresponds to the market and technical specifications as well as target user needs and expectations.
  • The general work method is to define, communicate, follow up and, if needed, balance requirements and guidelines related to the attribute that together set the performance.

Qualifications and skills required for the role

  • Long experience in durability area, such as target setting, benchmarking, ensuring design activities align with Strength & Endurance targets, interfacing with CAE and Design stakeholders.
  • Extensive experience in root cause analysis during verification phases, both CAE and test driven.
  • Experience of Durability Attribute Leader role in automotive industry.
  • To fit the above descriptions, we believe the candidate either have a background as test engineer or CAE
  • engineer within the durability filed of expertise.

IT/SW requirements

  • MS Office, System Weaver, Teamcenter
