Contechs has once again partnered with Coventry University's Automotive & Transport Design course and Autodesk to challenge the next generation of designers to rethink the future of premium mobility.
As part of a 12-week industry-led project, second-year students were tasked with creating intelligent, beautifully crafted mobility solutions. Throughout the programme, they received mentoring and design reviews from Contechs Studio Director Marc Brumpton and Autodesk Design Studio Solution Specialist Pierre-Paul Andriani, gaining valuable insight into professional automotive design processes.
Team 1 (Edward Leeson, Mohammed Hasib, Dylan Evans and Ashton Iliffe) created a Polaroid-inspired communal lifestyle vehicle designed to encourage shared experiences and social connection.

Team 2 (Bart Ambrozik, Miron Koprowski, Abhishek Ponnen Kandy and Tom O'Regan) developed a Volvo-inspired wilderness explorer, combining premium comfort with the capability to venture beyond maintained roads into remote snow-covered landscapes.

Team 3 (Yusuf Khan, Oliver Lomas, Jason Lewis, Aimee Hood and Nesara Salgado) unveiled H-Point, an Infiniti-inspired concept that redefined accessible mobility through a premium and emotionally engaging design language.

"Programmes like this are incredibly valuable because they expose students to the realities of professional automotive design while encouraging them to push creative boundaries. It's exciting to see the next generation of designers tackling complex mobility challenges with such originality and confidence." - Marc Brumpton, Studio Director, Contechs
The collaboration highlights Contechs' ongoing commitment to nurturing emerging talent and helping bridge the gap between education and industry through real-world design challenges and professional mentorship.
