If your development process requires Engineering Analysis of your products, production equipment or processes to see what's really going on or solve a problem, whether an issue of stress, heat transfer, fluid flow, or thermodynamics, you can count on a prompt answer at an appropriate level of detail andprecision. Most successful producers have excellent ideas for improvements to their existing equipment or products, but are reluctant to delve too deeply into theoretical analysis, or to embark on an extended engineering design effort. Others may have concerns about the cost and delay that may be associated with an in-depth analytical effort. We will perform a fully confidential, no-nonsense preliminary review free of charge and submit our written comments and initial project cost estimates for your consideration.

For more critical or complex cases, we can do extensive theoretical, numerical or Finite Element (FEA) Analyses that will give you a fuller picture of what is happening or might happen under proposed conditions. We can perform structural (stress, deflections), modal (vibrations, buckling), flow, or thermal: (steady-state or transient) modeling and analysis as your needs dictate. For one large pump, we were able to save over half the material while strengthening it by a factor of between four and five. We modeled the effects of an explosion on an emergency mine shelter and found that it would have failed without the redesign we guided our client through.
